摘　　要：从伦理视域研究权力,不仅要研究其德性即权力的善恶问题,更要研究其效能即其道德使命问题。权力的登场是适应人类社会公共生活的需要,也是由所有人共同选择的结果。权力一旦产生,便至少承载着三重道德使命,即保障公民安全,维持社会秩序,维护公民权利。权力的这些道德使命表征着权力与道德的关联性,也意味着权力的运作并非是为所欲为的,而是遵循一定的道德规范和法则的,权力一旦脱离其应有的道德规则,便会成为一种彻底的"恶"。In the research no the power from an ethical sight,we not only study the issue of morality,that is,the power of good and evil,but also study the issue of performance that is,its moral imperative.The debut of power is to adapt to the needs of human society and public life,but also by the results of the common choice of all.As soon as the power generates,it carries at least three levels of moral mission,is to protect the security of citizens,maintain social order and safeguard civil rights.The moral imperative of the power embodies the relevance between the power and morality,with the implication that the operation of the power is not a do-as-it-pleases,but follows certain code of ethics and rules.Once the power is removed from its proper moral rules,there will be a kind of radical ＂evil.＂
