摘　　要："殖产兴业"政策是明治政府为发展资本主义而制定的重大经济政策。政府于1871年派出以岩仓具视为正使的代表团远赴欧美,其中对有关铁道信息的收集为铁道知识在日本的传播作了舆论上的准备。＂Colonization and industry＂ policy is the significant economic policy made by Meiji government for the development of capitalism. The government sent out in 1871 Iwakura mission as the delegation to go to Europe and America and the collection of related railroad information made publicly preparation for railroad knowledge to transmit in Japan.
