NFKB在垂体瘤及复发垂体瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究人脑垂体瘤及复发垂体瘤中NFKB的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化测定24例垂体瘤、12例复发垂体瘤、12例正常脑垂体中核转录因子的含量。结果免疫组化染色可见在正常脑垂体细胞未见NFKB表达,而在垂体瘤细胞中有不同程度的表达,在复发垂体瘤中的表达水平较在原发垂体瘤的表达水平高,且差别显著(P<0.01)。结论 NFKB的表达增强与垂体瘤的形成有关,并在垂体瘤的复发中起重要作用。Objective To study the immunohistochemical change of NFKB in pituitary adenoma and recurrent pituitary adenoma,then study their roles in the biological behavior of the tumors.Methods Protein expression of NFKB was examined by SABC immunohistochemical technique in 24 cases of human pituitary adenoma and in 12 cases of recurrent pituitary adenoma and 12 cases of normal brain pituitary tissue.Then the correlation between the expression and the biological behavior of the tumors was comprehensively analyzed.Results The normal brain pituitary tissues did not expresse NFKB,but all tissues of the pituitary adenoma expressed NFKB.The level of this protein in recurrent pituitary adenoma was considerably higher than that in pituitary adenoma（P0.01）.Conclusion Expression of NFKB is associated with the maligant progression and it may play a critical role in the recurrence of pituitary adenoma.
