摘　　要：实验技术人员是实验教学和管理的中坚力量,他们的综合素质直接关系到实验教学、科学研究和实验室管理等工作的正常开展。通过对加强实验技术人员综合素质培养的重要性分析以及所必须具备的综合素质阐述,对实验技术人员加强综合素质培养的途径进行了探讨。The experiment technical personnel is the backbone in experiment teaching and management, their comprehensive quality relates work to be carried out directly such as experimental teaching, scientific research and laboratory management. Through the elaboration about to strengthens the experiment technical personnel comprehensive quality, the way to strengthen the synthesis quality technical personnel was discussed.
