摘 要:选择性还原(SCR,Selective Catalytic Reduction)技术是目前降低车用柴油机NOx排放最有效的后处理技术之一,但是由于其受到温度,催化剂活性,燃油品质等众多因素的影响,使其在某些工况下达不到排放标准。笔者介绍了Blue Tech技术、不同催化剂组合技术(VCCT,Various Catalyzer Combination Technology)、低温等离子辅助还原技术(LTPACR,Low Temperature Plasma Catalytic Reduction)几种基于SCR技术的车用柴油机排放后处理的新技术,对各种技术的理论基础、系统组成及工作原理做了详细描述。SCR ( Selective Catalytic Reduction) is one of the most effective after treatment measure to reduce NO, from vehicle diesel, but this technology is sensitive to the temperature from exhaust gas, the activity of catalytic and the quality of fuel, ect. Several new after treatment technologies based on SCR were introduced, such as RULE Teeh, Various Catalyzer Combination Technology (VCCT) and Low Temperature Plasma Catalytic Reduction (LTPACR) , and also description the base of the theory, the constitution of the system and the prin- ciple of the work detailedly.
