研究型硕士研究生的培养模式初探

摘　　要：文章首先提出将研究生分为研究型和应用型的必要性,然后以天体物理专业的硕士研究生为例,详细讨论了研究型硕士研究生的具体培养方式。这些方式包括新生入学时的端正思想教育,以"核心课程"为理念优化课程体系结构,培养研究生从事科研的数学、计算机、英语等基本技能,以每周小组讨论会为主营造浓厚的学术氛围,以及培养学生良好的学术道德等。The article firstly puts forward the necessity to divide maters into research-oriented type and practice-oriented type.Then exemplified by masters majoring in astrophysics,it discusses some details of specific teaching modes for research -oriented masters.The modes include ideological education to correct their mind during the freshmen period,optimize curriculum structure concentrating on＂core curriculum＂,cultivating masters to engage in basic skills like math,computer and English,weekly group discussions to create a strong academic atmosphere and cultivate good academic ethics.
