摘　　要：目的建立GC法测定丁细牙痛胶囊中甲基丁香酚含量的方法。方法色谱柱为FFAP毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.53mm×1.0μm),FID为检测器,选用正己烷作提取剂。结果甲基丁香酚进样量在线性范围为0.058～0.941μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9991),平均加样回收率=97.8%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of methyleugenol in Dingxi yatong capsules by gas chromatography.METHODS The samples were separated on FFAP（30m×0.53mm×1.0μm）,the FID was used and the hexyl hydride was selected as extraction agent.RESULTS The linear range of methyleugenol was 0.058～0.941μg,r=0.9991,the average recovery was 97.8%（RSD=1.1%）.CONCLUSION This method is simple,quick,accurate and can be used for the quality control of the drug.
