网络互动教学辅助传统实习的探讨

摘　　要：从创新教育的理念出发,以临床实习教学为研究主体,充分利用网络课程的优势和特点,设立网络实习培养学员责任心与成就感;以网上病例讨论培养学员临床思维能力;通过网络虚拟技术实现情境教学和模拟仿真教学;改革考试方法,以网络测评代替传统的出科考试。这样很好地弥补了传统实习模式中经管病人少、所见病种少、动手机会少、患者不配合、难以集中系统教学的缺点。并将传统实习模式与网络互动教学结合起来,提高临床实习教学水平。This study, with a focus on teaching through clinical internship and taking into full account the advantage of network-based courses, looks at how to nurture students＇ sense of responsibility and achievements through network-based practice. Students can enhance their clinical judgment through open and free online discussions about clinical cases ; scenario-based teaching can be realized with the adoption of online virtual reality simulation; online testing can replace the traditional examination. These may make up for many disadvantages with respect to traditional internship training, such as the limited number of patients and cases for practice, patients who refuse to cooperate and problems regarding arranging concentrated and systemic teaching. To sum up, the combination of the traditional internship training with online interactive teaching will greatly enhance the quality of clinical teaching.
