摘  要:基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)强调培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,强调基础学科与临床医学的密切联系,从而实现从应试教育向素质教育的转变。因而日益受到医学教育界的广泛重视。将其应用于麻醉临床教学中,有望解决学生主动性差,知识层面参差不齐等问题。本文就PBL医学教育模式在麻醉临床教学中的应用做一讨论,以期为麻醉教学提供有益参考。Problem-based learning (PBL) puts emphasis on teaching students how to analyze and solve problem as well as emphasizing the close connection between basic medicine and clinical medicine, which realizes the transformation of quality-oriented education from examination-oriented education. Its importance is increasingly valued in the community of medical education. By applying PBL in clinical anesthesiology teaching, some problems such as students' poor initiative and varied knowledge backgrounds can be solved. This paper intends to discuss the application of PBL in clinical teaching of anesthesiology to provide valuable reference for the teaching of anesthesiology.
