论地方党报在网络舆论引导中的作用及创新途径

摘　　要：对网络舆论的监管,不能只依靠行政监管和技术手段进行硬管理,应重视说服、影响和引导等软手段。作为数量最多的报纸品类,地方党报凭藉巨大的社会影响力,完全可以且应当承担起对网络舆论引导的社会责任。地方党报应发挥舆论"预警"功能,自觉检视网络舆情;对网络舆情中的重大问题,应通过信息的选择、解释和评论,公开真相,传递权威观点,主导社会舆论;加快推进地方党报数字化、网络化建设,发挥党报立体介质的传播优势,引领和影响网络世界。To supervision of public opinion on the network,we can not just rely on administrative supervision and technical means hard-management and more attention should be paid to persuade,influence and guide other soft means.The largest number of newspapers as a category,the local Party newspaper with a huge social impact,can and should take to guide it in social responsibility.Local Party newspaper should play a public ＂early warning＂ function,and consciously examine network public opinion;to the important issues,it should guide the public opinion through information,choice,interpretation and comment,transferring authority point of view and it is should speed up the local Party newspaper digitization network construction,the role of Party advantage of three-dimensional medium of communication,leading and influencing the online world.
