民族高校大学生族际关系研究——基于国内某民族大学的问卷调查

摘　　要：通过采用半开放自填式问卷,对国内某民族高校228名在校本科生的抽样调查与统计分析,结果如下:(1)民族高校大学生族际关系和谐融洽,成员之间有积极的交往倾向;(2)多数大学生对其他民族持有较高认同度;(3)生活习惯是影响大学生族际关系的首要因素;(4)大学生普遍能理性处理族际矛盾。对于如何促进民族高校大学生族际关系的发展,建议从以下几方面入手:加强各民族传统文化的共生共享,增加民族高校大学生的族际接触,设立族际间群体性共同活动目标。Based on the half open ended questionnaires of 228 undergraduates in one of the Universities for Nationalities, it is found that：students＇ ethnic relationships turn to be positive; most students identify the other ethnic groups; living habits become the first reason for the students＇ethnic relationships; universitystudents can deal with the ethnic contradiction reasonably. The suggestions for national university students＇ ethnic relatinships are as follows： promotingthe culture communication of ethnic groups, encouragingthe ethnic contact in students and establishing the mass activities for same goals.
