摘　　要：高校德育在培养技术创新人才创新人格上起着不可或缺的作用。因此,基于网络的高校德育应以人为本,加强技术创新人才环境建设和师资队伍建设,以便培养和造就一大批高素质的技术创新人才。Moral education in the universities plays an indispensable role in the cultivation of the talents with technical innovation ability.Therefore,the moral education in universities based on network should be human-oriented so that to cultivate a large sum of talents with high-quality and technical innovation ability.
