住院慢性精神疾病患者精神药物使用情况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解本院慢性精神病患者精神药物的使用情况。方法:采用1日法对本院住院精神病患者的精神药物应用情况进行调查。结果:1、住院精神疾病种类前3位的分别是精神分裂症(482人,占总人数76.3%)、精神发育迟滞(110人,占总人数17.4%)、器质性精神障碍(21人,占总人数3.3%)。2、药物使用最多的前3种药物分别是氯丙嗪(252人,占38.59%),氯氮平(174人,占26.65%),奋乃静53人(占8.12%)。3、以单一用药最多有419例(86.0%),联合使用两种抗精神病药物者68例(14.0%),联合3种以上药物者无,不用药的127例。4、精神药物的使用剂量均在推荐的安全剂量之内。结论:我院在药物选择上以氯丙嗪和氯氮平为主,维持剂量相对较小,以单一用药为主,比较适合民政对象患者实际。Objective：To investigate the drug using in patients with chronic mental disease in our hospital.Methods：To survey the application of psychotropic drugs in mental patients hospitalized using the method of a day.Results： 1、In the first three types of mental illness is schizophrenia（482,76.3%）、Mental retardation（110,17.4%）、Organic mental disorders（21,3.3%）.2、Most of the three using drugs are Chlorpromazine（252,38.59%）、Clozapine（174,26.65%）、Perphenazine（53,8.12%）.3、The mostly is single drug using（419,86.0%）、the second is using a combination of two kinds of antipsychotic drugs（68,14.0%）,using a combination of more than three kinds of antipsychotic drugs is none,using no drug（127）.4、The using of psychotropic drugs are in the safe recommended doses.Conclusions： The primarily using drugs in our hospital are chlorpromazine and Clozapine,Maintain doses are relatively small,single using is mainly,suitable for the patients of civil administration practically.
