文拉法新缓释片与西酞普兰治疗女性抑郁症对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较文拉法新缓释片与西酞普兰治疗女性抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法:回顾性研究我院住院的女性抑郁症患者,统计治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、6周末汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),副反应量表(TESS),评定疗效及不良反应。结果:两组对女性抑郁症的治疗显效率文拉法新缓释片组79.17%,西酞普兰组82.61%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。文拉法新缓释片组在治疗中起效比西酞普兰组在第2周末快(P<0.05)。两组不良反应均较轻,在治疗初期明显、治疗后期大部分消失。结论:文拉法新缓释片与西酞普兰治疗女性抑郁症疗效均较肯定前者起效快于后者,两组不良反应均较轻微,治疗安全性及依从性均较高。Objective：To compare the efficacy and safety of treatment of female depression disorder between Venlafaxine Sustained-Release and Citalopram.Methods：A retrospective study of female patients with depression in our hospital,Statistics their treatments before and after 1,2,4 and 6 weeks using Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） and Treatment Emergernt Side effect Scale（TESS）,evaluate the efficacy and side effects.Results： The two groups of female depression disorder patients showed the efficiency of the treatment using Venlafaxine Sustained-Release is 79.17% and that of Citalopram is 82.61%,the data show there is no significant difference（P〉 0.05）.Venlafaxine Sustained-Release work faster than Citalopram,and the reduce score of Venlafaxine Sustained-Release HAMD is greater than Citalopram by the second weekend（P〈0.05）.The side effects of the two groups are relatively light,only appearing obviously in the initial stage of treating,and disappearing mostly in the later stage.Conclusions： The efficacy of the treatment of Venlafaxine sustained release tablets and Citalopram to female depression disorder are both positive,but the start effect of the former is faster than the latter,the side effects of the two groups are quite slight,and the safety and compliance of the treatment are high.
