氟西汀与氯丙米嗪治疗抑郁症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:评价氟西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:对72例抑郁症患者随机分为氟西汀组和氯丙米嗪组,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),不良反应量表(TESS),临床总体印象量表(CG I)评价疗效和不良反应,并定期检查肝肾功能、心电图、脑电图、血糖及钾、钠、氯等。结果:经6周观察,氟西汀与氯丙米嗪的疗效相当,无显著性差异.氟西汀的不良反应少而轻。结论:氟西汀是一种安全有效的抗抑郁药。Objective：To evaluate the efficency and safety of Fluoxetine on treating depression. Methods：72 depressive pa- tient divided randomly into Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine. we measured the efficency and safety with HAMD, HAMA,TESS CGI and tested kidney function ,liver function , ECG, ECT , Blood - Glu and Blood - K, Blood - Na ect. Results： The efficency had difference between Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine by 6 - weeks observation , Fluoxetine and Chlorimiparimine are both effective for treating de- pression , there is no evidence between the two drugs. Fluoxetine had less and fewer adverse effects. Conclusions： Fluoxetine is a kind of effective and safeted drug to treatment depression.
