摘  要:目的:建立抗感泡腾片提取液中总酚酸含量测定方法,为抗感泡腾片生产过程在线质量控制提供分析数据模型。方法:以抗感泡腾片生产工艺为基础,在线收集样品。通过铁氰化钾显色反应,采用比色法以绿原酸为对照品对样品进行分析。结果:绿原酸回归方程为A=2.9907C-0.0027,(r=0.9996,n=6),绿原酸进样量在0.083~0.249mg与吸光度呈线性关系,平均回收率为98.32%,RSD=1.25%。结论:该方法采用有效成分群为指标比单一成分更全面反映有效成分的信息,有利于生产过程中的质量控制,且该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为抗感泡腾片的质量控制方法。Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total phenolic acid in aqueous solution of Anti-flu effervescent extract. To provide analytical data model for anti-flu effervescent online quality control of the production process. Methods: Based on the production process of Anti-flu effervescent, online collection of samples. The total phenolic acid was determined with the chlorogenic acid as a control standard by colorimetry by the col- or reaction of ferricyanatum Kalium. Results: The regression equation of chlorogenic acid was A = 2. 990 7 C - 0. 002 7, ( r = 0. 999 6, n = 6 ). Good linearity of chlorogenic acid was obtained within the range of 0. 083 - 0. 249 mg;The recovery was 98.32 % and RSD was 1.25 %. Conclusion: The method reflected more comprehensively by the active ingredient group as an indicator than a single active ingredient component. It is conducive to the quality control in the production process. The method is simple, accurate and reliable. It can be used as anti-flu effervescent quality control methods.
