摘　　要：莎士比亚精心编织的波洛涅斯之死一直被人们忽视。评论家要么忽视波洛涅斯的存在,要么把他的死说成误杀。把波洛涅斯当成克劳迪斯的替死鬼很可能抹杀其死亡所折射的政治和道德内涵。而通过文本细读不难发现,波洛涅斯实被哈姆雷特谋杀,而非误杀。The well-spun death of Polonius by Shakespeare have long been overlooked.Critics have either ignored the presence of Polonius,or considered his death as a mistaken killing.To treat Polonius as barely a substitute of Claudius may well efface the political and moral significance of his death.Yet through close textual reading,it is easy to find that,Polonius is actually murdered by Hamlet but not killed mistakenly.
