摘 要:选取铜川煤矸石进行研究,采取热活化、机械活化和化学活化并用的方式,且在煅烧前将煤矸石与石灰混合,并加入固定量水镁石纤维制成水泥砂浆,通过强度、流动性等力学性能测试和SEM微观测试找出了最优的工艺参数。试验表明:当煅烧温度为675℃,石灰和煤矸石取代水泥量的30%,其中石灰占煤矸石量的40%时,强度和流动性达到最佳值。和普通水泥砂浆相比基本持平,与单一热活化煤矸石水泥砂浆相比强度有大幅度提高。有利于工业废渣的利用和节能减排的进行。Coal gangue in Tongchuan has been activated by thermal,mechanical and chemical activation.Lime has been added in coal gangue before the calcining,also fixed dosage of fiber brucite has been acceded to cement motar.The optimized technological parameter has been chosen by strength,fluidity test and SEM test.The results show that:the calcining temperature is 675 ℃,the volume dose of coal gangue and lime is 30% of cement,the lime accounts for 40% proportions of coal gangue.Compared to the pure cement motar,the strength is level off,however,compared with the coal gangue with thermal activation,the strength and fluidity have been increased by a large range,which is beneficial to the utilizing of industrial waste residue and the process of energy saving and emission reduction.
