我国农产品加工企业管理研究的回顾与展望

摘　　要：使用规范性研究方法回顾和展望我国农产品加工企业管理研究。研究目的是提高农产品加工企业管理水平。内容涉及对农产品加工企业管理研究的回顾、评价及对后续研究的展望三大部分。研究认为:我国农产品加工企业管理研究已经取得巨大成效,但还存在未曾涉及的现代企业管理研究领域,今后学术界可以对农产品加工企业安全和质量管理绩效管理、营销管理、风险管理和创新管理展开研究。This paper examines farm-produce processing enterprises management retrospects and prospecsts by standard research methods.The research aims at increase in improving the level of farm-produce processing enterprises management.The first part of the paper reviews the farm-produce processing enterprises management.The next evaluates farm-produce processing enterprises management.The final part is about prospects of the follow-up study.This study suggests that China＇s research of farm-produce processing enterprises management has obtained great results.But it doesn＇t cover other modern enterprise management area.In future,the academia could study safty and quality management performance management,marketing management,risk management and innovation management of farm-produce processing enterprises.
