摘  要:为了优化植物源农药博落回的超声辅助提取方法,采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验设计,研究了超声时间、超声功率、乙醇体积分数、液料比对博落回总碱提取率的影响。结果表明影响博落回总碱得率的主次因素为液料比、乙醇体积分数、超声时间、超声功率;经正交试验确定博落回总碱最佳提取条件为乙醇95%,超声提取时间35 min,超声功率选择500 W,液料比17.5 mL/g。经6次平行试验验证,该试验稳定可靠,与对照试验相比,博落回总碱提取率提高78.7%。In order to optimal parameters of extraction condition for botanical pesticide of Macleaya cordata,effects of ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic extraction power,et al.on M.cordata alkaloids yield were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results indicate that the effect sequence of four main factors for M.cordata alkaloids yield as follows: liquid-to-solid ratio,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic power.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ethanol 95% as the solvent,ultrasonic extraction time 35 min,ultrasonic power 500 W,liquid-to-solid ratio 17.5 mL/g.With the verification of 6 parallel test,the test was stable and reliable.Compared with control experiment,M.cordata alkaloids yield in extract was increased by 78.7%.
