摘　　要：针对严寒地区高速铁路轨道板铺设工艺的关键工序——CA砂浆的灌注,介绍了CA砂浆的性能要求、提高抗冻性的措施、搅拌工艺和低温灌注的控制要点。通过现场试验段验证,CA砂浆的一般指标和特殊指标均符合严寒地区水泥沥青砂浆补充性能要求。但严寒地区施工应重点控制搅拌机转速和搅拌时间,并避开在大雪或气温骤降时进行作业,施工及养护期间均应加强保温措施。For CA mortar grouting,the key procedure of track slab laying process of high speed railway in severe cold area,performance requirement,anti-freezing measures,mixing technology and control points of low temperature grouting of CA mortar are introduced in this paper.Through verification of site test section,the general index and special index of CA mortar meet the additional performance requirement of cement asphalt mortar in severe cold area.But for construction in severe cold area,mixer rotating speed and mixing time shall be the key control points.Operation shall be avoided in heavy snow and temperature sudden drop.Insulation measures shall be strengthened during construction and maintenance.
