同步放化疗联合辅助化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨同步放化疗联合辅助化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌的临床效果。方法:将在我院治疗的局部晚期鼻咽癌患者56例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予单纯放射治疗,观察组给予同步放化疗联合辅助化疗治疗,随访观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者鼻咽肿瘤、颈部肿大淋巴结CR率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组1年、3年后生存率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗顺应性与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组发生3级以上急性治疗毒性反应明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同步放化疗联合辅助化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌能明显提高患者生存率,近期效果确切。Objective： To investigate the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with local advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method： The 56 cases with local advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the simple radiotherapy, and the observe group received the concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy. Result： The rate of CR in nasopharynge- al neoplasms and swelling lymphaden of cervical part in the observe group after treatment were the same to those in control group,and there were no significant difference between them respectively（P〉0.05）. The survival rate in one year and 3 years in the observe group after treatment were higher than those in control group,and there was significant difference in them （P〈0.05）. The compliance with medical treatment in the observe group after treatment were the same to those in control group, and there was no significant difference between them respectively（P〉0.05）. The rate of acute toxic reaction more than 3 grade in the observe group after treatment was higher than those in control group,and there was significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy plus adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with local advanced stage nasopharyngeal carcinoma can improve the survival rate, so the effect in the near future is obvious.
