摘  要:提出了第2代热卷箱弯曲辊关于辊缝设定、辊缝控制及弯曲辊抬升速度等3个方面的数学模型。首先,基于等曲率法原理,提出了弯曲辊辊缝设定的理论模型,并结合第2代热卷箱弯曲辊的结构特点和工程实践给出了其辊缝设定的经验模型;其次,依据弯曲辊机械结构参数建立了辊缝控制的非线性数学模型,从而为精确调整弯曲辊辊缝奠定了基础;其三,提出了一种新的结合跟踪原理及卷径计算原理的弯曲辊抬升速度理论,解决了卷取过程中弯曲辊抬升控制难的问题。最后,用工程实践验证了所提数学模型的正确性和实用性。The mathematic models of gap setup,gap control and lifting speed control of bending roll of the 2nd generation coil box are presented.Firstly,the theoretical model of bending roll gap setup is built following the equivalent curvature principle,and an empirical model of bending roll gap setup is given as well based on the mechanical structure of the roll and practical process experiences of the 2nd generation coil box.Secondly,a nonlinear mathematic model for bending roll gap control is derived from mechanism of the bending roll,which helps to precise control of the bending roll gap.Thirdly,a new lifting speed control scheme for bending roll is presented in conjunction with principles of the transfer bar tracking and the coil diameter calculation to solve the problem of bending roll lifting speed control arisen in hot coiling process.Finally,the proposed mathematic models are validated via engineering practice.
