摘 要:以轮藻为主要有效成分制成的香皂对大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)和金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphalococcus aureus)3种供试菌进行抑菌实验,并作为驱避剂对蚊虫进行驱避测试.结果表明该香皂具有良好的抑菌效果,对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌效果明显,抑制率分别达到98.39%和98.62%.该香皂对蚊虫有较强的驱避效果,防止蚊虫叮咬的有效保护时间平均为1.583 h.The bacterial resistance of the soap used charophyte as an effective ingredient to the three bacteria was tested, which were Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis and Staphalococcus aureus. Repellency of the soap against mosquito bites was also studied. The results showed that the soap has good effect on bacteria growth inhibition. The inhibition rates of B. subtilis and St. aureus are 98.39% and 98.62% respectively. It also showed that the soap has the stronge effects on repellency against mosquito bites. The average available protective time is for 1. 583 h. Due to the individual difference, the effects on repellency against mosquito bites are different.
