摘  要:在单因素基础上,选择水料比、提取温度和提取时间为自变量,多糖提取率为响应值,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理利用响应面法对双孢菇菇柄多糖的超声波法提取工艺进行优化研究。结果表明:超声波法提取双孢菇菇柄多糖的最佳工艺为:水料比44.94∶1、提取温度30.53℃、提取时间30.58 min,在此条件下理论最大提取率为20.15%。经过3次平行验证试验,证明该模型合理可靠,能够较好的预测超声波法提取双孢菇菇柄多糖得率。By water to material ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time as independent variables,the extraction rate of polysaccharide as response value,based on the single factor,according to Box-Behnken experimental design using response surface method on the ultrasonic extraction process of Agaricus bisporus Stipe of the polysaccharide were studied.The results showed that the optimum conditions was the extraction temperature of 30.53℃,extraction time of 30.58 min,the ratio of water to material of 44.94:1,then the maximum extraction rate of the polysaccharides was 20.15%.After 3 times the parallel validation experiments showed that the model was reasonable and reliable,can nicety forecasts ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides yield of Agaricus bisporus Stipe.
