Influence Factors Assessment Research on Agricultural Land Realizable Throughput of High,Medium and Low Yield Region in Henan Province

摘  要:以农用地产能核算成果中的可实现产能总产为依据,利用所建立的产能影响因素评价指标体系,对河南省高中低产田区分别进行了评价研究。结果表明,相同指标对不同质量区产能的贡献率差别显著,且存在明显的规律性,高产田区农业科技条件对产能的贡献低于中低产田区,而中低产田区的粮食播种面积、耕地质量、粮食生产水平和农田基本建设水平对产能的贡献均远低于高产田区。高产田区影响产能的主要问题为农业科技对产能的贡献未能得到充分发挥,影响中低产田区产能的问题有粮食作物播种面积较少、耕地质量偏低、农民种粮积极性不高、农田基础设施水平低等。因此,各区在制定提高产能相关措施时应有所侧重。According to the realizable total throughput which was one of the results of the agricultural land throughput calculation project,this paper built a set of agricultural land throughput influence factors assessment system.By applying this system to the realizable throughput of the high-mid-low yield regions of Henan Province,we found that the percent contribution rate of the same factor to different quality cultivated regions was distinct significantly and regularly.In the high yield region,the percent contribution rate of agricultural science and technology to agricultural land throughput is far lower than to the middle and low yield regions.In the medium and low yield regions,the percent contribution of crop planning area,cultivated land quality,the crop production level and the farmland infrastructure level are much lower than to the high yield region.So we concluded that the main problem of the high yield region is the lower percent contribution of the agricultural science which is not brought into full play.In the medium and low yield regions,the problems are the fewer crop planning area,the low cultivated land quality,the low cropping positivity of peasant and the low farmland infrastructure level.So we suggest that the diverse relative measure should be formulated to improve the throughput of different quality cultivated area.
