双黄烧伤软膏的抗炎抑菌与镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察双黄烧伤软膏的抗炎、抑菌及镇痛作用。方法通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察双黄烧伤软膏对急性炎症的抗炎作用;通过纸片琼脂扩散法对其进行体外抑菌实验,考察其对常见致病菌的抑菌作用;通过热板法观察小鼠痛阈值的变化,考察其镇痛作用。结果在二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的实验中,低剂量双黄烧伤软膏与空白组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),中、高剂量双黄烧伤软膏与空白组相比差异有极显著性(P<0.01),与京万红软膏组差异无显著性;在体外抑菌实验中,双黄烧伤软膏对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的抑菌直径≥10mm,具有明显抑菌作用,而对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌直径约10mm,具有一定的抑菌作用,但较弱。在热板实验中,双黄烧伤软膏能显著提高小鼠的痛阈,延长其痛反应潜伏期,与空白组比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论双黄烧伤软膏具有良好的抗炎、抑菌及镇痛作用。Objective To stuty on the anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and annlgesic effect of shuanghuang burn ointment.Methods The acute anti-inflammation of shuanghuang burn ointment was tested by xylene-induced mouse ear swelling;the in vitro antimicrobial effect was studied by agar diffusion method through paper;the analgesic action was detected through the hot-plate regarding to pain threshold.Results The significant difference was showed between all doses of shuanghuang burn ointment and control for xylene-induced ear swelling（P0.05,P0.01）.The shuanghuang burn ointment had no significant difference compared with jingwanhong.Shuanghuang burn ointment showed obvious antimicrobial effect on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli.The diameter of inhibited halo for staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli were more than 10 mm.shuanghuang burn ointment significantly increased the pain threshold of mice and prolonged their pain latency（P0.01）.Conclusion Shuanghuang burn ointment has a good anti-inflammatory,antibacterial and analgesic effect.
