摘  要:竹子SCMP(磺化化学机械浆)碱抽出物的紫外光谱和GC-MS分析及其对过氧化氢漂白影响的研究结果表明,短链小分子类、酚类和脂肪酸类是竹子SCMP碱抽出物的主要成分。其中酚类物质是最主要的组分,其溶出量随碱抽提过程中NaOH用量的增加而增多,同时竹子SCMP过氧化氢漂白浆的白度也明显提高,NaOH用量3.5%时,白度最大上升了5.83%ISO,PC值降低了55.7%。这部分酚类物质易于生成颜色较深的共轭结构,是造成竹子SCMP难以漂白的一个重要原因。The compositions of alkaline extractives in bamboo SCMP were analyzed by UV and GC-MS,and their effects on peroxide bleaching were studied.Results showed that the extractives were composed by short chain compounds,phenols and fatty acids.Phenols were the major compounds in the extractives,and the amount extracted increased with the dosage of NaOH,which led to the obvious improvement of the extracted pulp bleachability.Brightness gain was 5.83%ISO at 3.5% NaOH dosage,and PC number decreased 55.7%.Those phenols,which might easily generate conjugated structure,played an important role in bamboo SCMP bleachability and pulp brightness stability.
