摘　　要：作为社会学习理论的核心概念,自我效能在不同领域得到了广泛的研究。创业研究的学者也开始关注自我效能的研究,并发展了创业自我效能的概念,成为预测创业意图和解释创业活动的重要变量。对创业自我效能的研究进行梳理,分析了自我效能对创业过程的影响,为提高创业质量、促进创业活动提供参考。As the central construct of the social learning theory,self-efficacy has attracted many researchers from different fields.Scholars have developed the conception of entrepreneurial self-efficacy（ESE） which has become an important variable to forecast the entrepreneurial intentionality and to explain the entrepreneurial activities.Through reviewing the previous researches on self-efficacy and analyzing the influence of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial process,we attempt to give suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial quality and promoting the entrepreneurial activities.
