摘　　要：目的探讨计算机放射摄影(CR)乳腺钼靶摄影成像对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法收集经手术病理证实并于术前行CR乳腺钼靶摄影的乳腺癌26例,回顾性分析其X线征象对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果浸润性导管癌13例,浸润性小叶癌7例,原位癌6例。其中4例呈小结节影,10例呈肿块伴有毛刺样或分叶状改变,4例仅有钙化,5例局部结构扭曲紊乱,单纯沙粒样成簇钙化3例,结构扭曲紊乱伴钙化2例,2例局限性小片状密度增高。结论 CR乳腺钼靶摄影成像对乳腺癌的早期发现、诊断具有重要价值。Objective To study the diagnosis value of computed radiography（CR） molybdenum target photography on breast cancer.Methods The mammographic images of 26 cases with breast cancer confirmed with surgery and pathology were collected,and X-ray signs of the breast cancer were reviewed retrospectively.Results Among the 26 cases,13 cases ware invasive ductal carcinoma,7 cases were invasive lobular carcino-ma,6 cases were carcinoma in situ.All cases of CR molybdenum target photography showed 4 cases with small nodules,10 cases with spiculate border and lobulate change,4 cases with calcification only,5 cases with architecture distortion,3 cases with cluster like calcification,2 cases with architecture distortion and calcification,2 cases with small and localized increased density.Conclusion CR molybdenum target mammary gland photography had important value for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
