子宫内膜腺癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白表达的研究

摘　　要：为探讨Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达状况，其病理学与临床意义，本组应用抗Ｂｃｌ－２单克隆抗体对３４例子宫内膜腺癌组织石蜡标本行Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白免疫组织化学测定（ＳＡＢＣ法）。结果发现Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌组织中表达的阳性率为４７％，其阳性表达与肿瘤组织学分级、肌层浸润深度及患者预后有关（Ｐ＜００５）。说明Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达与子宫内膜腺癌的某些病理学特征及生物学行为之间存在关系。应用ＳＡＢＣ法测定Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白表达对判断子宫内膜腺癌患者的预后有一定价值。To explore the clinical significance of Bcl-2 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma,paraffine-embedded hysterectomised specimens from 34 patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma were studied.Expression of Bcl-2 protein was detected by using monoclonal antibody with immunohistochemical SABC method.The results showed that the expression of Bcl-2 protein was found in 16/34 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma(47%).The postive rate of Bcl-2 expression in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly associated with carcinoma cell grade,depth of myometrium invasion and patient's prognosis ( P <0 05).The data suggest that the expression of Bcl-2 protein is correlated with some pathological characteristics and the biological behavior of endometrial adenocarcinoma and application of ASBC method to detect the expression of Bcl-2 protein is helpful,for the evaluation of prognosis of the patients with endometrial adenocarcinoma.
