摘　　要：文章以南华大学为例,开展高校家庭经济困难学生资助体系育人模式的研究,将资助工作与育人机制有机结合,通过长期的实践与理论探索,建立起了资助工作与育人机制的有机结合模式。Through combination of asssistance funding mode with training mechanisms,and long-term practice with theory exploration,construction of funding and training system has been established in University of South China.Taking the funding and training practice in USC as an example,this paper discusses the establishment of a proper and practical funding and assistance system.
