摘　　要：大学积淀的价值、规范、信任等行为范式和理念信仰就是大学关系文化。关系文化在大学德育工作中发挥了巨大的作用,也是德育环境的重要组成部分。文章从社会资本理论的角度出发,分析了社会资本理论在德育研究中的应用,认为大学关系文化中的关系网络与信任对大学德育工作及大学德育环境研究均具有重要的意义。在分析社会资本理论应用的基础上,探讨了大学关系文化在德育中的功能,以及社会资本理论对大学关系文化研究的意义。University relationship culture refers to the accumulative values,norms,trust and other behavior paradigm and belief.University relationship culture plays a tremendous role in university moral education,and is an important part of moral education environment.This paper analyzes the social capital theory in moral education research.It shows that the relationship network and trust in university relationship culture have great significance for moral education work and moral education environment research.This article on the basis of the social capital theory discusses the university relationship culture＇s role in moral education,and shows the great importance of social capital theory in studying the university relationship culture.
