高职会计专业学生职业生涯规划教育和指导的对策研究

摘　　要：文章在调查分析高职会计专业学生职业生涯规划现状的基础上,提出就业服务指导工作的重心应提升至职业生涯规划指导上;从事会计专业学生职业生涯规划的指导教师应当取得会计证和职业咨询师"双证"资格;职业生涯规划教育和指导应当贯穿于会计教育整个过程。Based on analyzing the career planning current situation of vocation college students majoring in accounting, this paper proposed the focus of employment services should be upgraded to career planning guidance; the teachers in charge of accounting students career planning guidance should obtain the qualifications of both Accounting Certificate and Career Counselor; Career Education and Guidance should be run through the whole process of accounting education.
