摘　　要：目的研究中专生上网动机对生活、学习与健康的影响规律,以加强对大、中专生上网的管理与引导。方法以整群随机抽样方式对在校某年级医学类中专生进行匿名性问卷调查,然后进行统计分析。结果男女生上网的目的均是以"娱乐需求"与"情感需求"为主,上网聊天的主要动机是"游戏消遣";男生上网时间与费用高于女生(P<0.01),在"身心疲惫,行为怪异"(P<0.01)与"学习成绩下降、迷恋上网难以自拔"(P<0.05)上网不良影响方面高于女生;与网友约会方面,女生没有赴会者(P<0.01)与见面受到伤害或欺骗者(P<0.05)显著多于男生。结论应当加强对中专生上网的管理与引导,正确对待互联网的作用,保障中专生的身心健康与正常的学习与生活。Objective： to study the motivation of secondary school students Internet and the living, learning and health laws to strengthen the large, secondary school students access management and guidance. Methods of cluster random sampling method in the class of secondary school students a year medical anonymous questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis. The purpose of the results of both boys and girls the Internet is ＂entertainment needs＂and ＂emotionalneeds,＂which,themainmotivationonlinechat＂gameentertainment＂;boysthangirlsonlinetimeandcost （P 0.01）, in the ＂mental and physical exhaustion, strange behavior＂（P 0.01） and＂poor academic performance, surfing the Internet is difficult to extricate themselves＂（P 0.05） negative impact of the Internet than girls; date with friends, the girls did not attend the meeting were （P 0.01） and met harmorcheaters （P 0.05） significantly more than boys. Conclusions should strengthen the management of secondary school students and guidance of the Internet, the correct treatment of the role of the Internet to protect the health of secondary school students with normal learning and living.
