深圳市男男性接触者药物滥用流行特征及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市男男性接触者(men who have sex with men,MSM)药物滥用流行特征及其影响因素,为制定相应干预措施提供科学依据。方法通过自愿咨询检测和场所调查相结合的方法,于2008年6月至9月在深圳市对MSM进行问卷调查,调查内容包括社会人口学、高危性行为特征及药物滥用的情况。结果在调查的455名MSM中,18.0%(82/455)的人曾经有过药物滥用史,14.9%(68/455)的人在最近6个月内有过药物滥用情况,排前3位的药物分别为:K粉10.1%(46/455)、冰毒4.4%(20/455)、摇头丸2.9%(13/455)。MSM最近6个月在性行为时使用安全套的频率:从不用4.4%、偶尔用24.3%、有时用25.8%、每次都用45.5%,最近6个月药物滥用情况与性行为时安全套的使用频率呈负相关(Z=3.04,P=0.002)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,工作状况(OR=2.38;95%CI:1.22～4.62)、样本来源(以公园为参照,酒吧有统计学意义)(OR=4.31;95%CI:1.45～12.82)、最近6个月是否有过异性性行为(OR=0.31;95%CI:0.15～0.66)、最近6个月是否发生过商业性行为(OR=0.17;95%CI:0.07～0.40)等4个变量对MSM人群最近6个月药物滥用情况有影响。结论 MSM人群中药物滥用的比例较高,需对MSM活动的重点场所、重点人群加大干预力度。Objective To explore the influential factors and epidemiological characteristics of drug abuse among men who have sex with men（MSM） and to provide scientific basis for intervention among them.Methods Using VCT and field investigation,MSM were investigated to collect information on socio-demographic and high risk sexual behaviors and drug abuse from June to September in 2008.Results 18.0%（82/455） of MSM had drug abuse history and 14.9%（68/455） have been drug abuse in the last 6 months,10.1%（46/455） used ＂K Fen＂（ketimine）,4.4%（20/455） used ＂Ice＂（methamphitamine）,2.9%（13/455） used ＂Yaotouwan＂（MDMA）.The frequency of condom use during sex among them in the last 6 months： never（4.4%）,occasionally（24.3%）,sometimes（25.8%）,ever time（45.5%）.Drug abuse in the last 6 months was related to the frequency of condom use（Z=3.04,P=0.002）.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that work（OR=2.38;95% CI：1.22～4.62）,the sample source（in Park reference,bars statistically significant）（OR=4.31;95% CI：1.45～12.82）,whether had sex with women in the last 6 months（OR=0.31;95% CI：0.15～0.66）,whether had commercial sex in the last 6 months（OR=0.17;95% CI：0.07～0.40） were the influential factors of MSM who had drug abuse in the last 6 months.Conclusions MSM population have a higher proportion of drug abuse,it is necessary to take intervention in the focus of activities and the focus groups of MSM.
