摘 要:目的通过检测人肾细胞癌中Notch信号途径相关基因的表达水平,探讨Notch信号途径分子与人肾细胞癌发生发展的可能关系,为临床治疗肾细胞癌提供一定的理论依据。方法手术获得8例肾细胞癌组织标本,用RT-PCR检测癌旁组织和癌症组织中Notch信号通路受体、配体的表达水平,并对电泳结果的灰度值进行统计学分析。结果与癌旁组织相比,癌症组织中Notch信号的受体Notch-2、Notch-3以及配体Jagged-1的表达水平有明显的上升,差异有统计学意义;但相对于癌旁组织,Notch信号途径的另一个配体Delta-1在癌症组织中的表达不确定。结论肾细胞癌发生发展与Notch信号途径的呈现出一定的相关性,表明Notch信号途径可能参与了肾细胞癌的发生与发展。Objective By detecting the levels of Notch signaling pathway-related gene expression in human renal cell carcinoma to explore the possible relationship between Notch signaling pathway molecules and human renal cell carcinoma and provide some theoretical basis to treatment of renal cell carcinoma in clinical.Methods Surgical access to eight cases of renal cell carcinoma specimens,using RT-PCR detection of cancer tissues and cancer tissues of Notch signaling receptors,ligand expression levels,and gray value of electrophoresis results were analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the adjacent tissues,the receptor of Notch signaling Notch-2,Notch-3 as well as ligand Jagged-1 expression level significantly increased in cancer tissues,the difference was statistically significant;however Compared to the adjacent tissues,another ligand of Notch signaling pathway Delta-1 expression in cancer tissues of uncertainty.Conclusion The occurrence of renal cell carcinoma development and the Notch signaling pathway has shown a certain correlation,indicating that Notch signaling pathway may be involved in the occurrence of renal cell carcinoma and its development.
