摘　　要：从3G业务QoS入手,对影响用户感知的Traffic class、THP、ARP等3项关键参数进行了重点研究,并结合现网进行了实际测试和信令跟踪。从信令消息中得到RAB指配消息中QoS参数的实际取值,进一步由RNC利用相关参数进行资源分配和调度控制,最终实现不同用户的不同服务保障。Beginning with 3G service QoS, it focuses on Traffic class, THP and ARP, which influences user experience on WCDMA network. Combining with the current network test and signaling trace, the negotiation value of QoS parameter is obtained from the signaling message of RAB assignment, then the relevant parameters is used by RNC for resource scheduling, to eventually ensure the different service grade under different QoS set.
