摘　　要：目的:了解唐山市儿童弱视患病情况,更好地开展弱视防治工作。方法:采用国际标准视力表检查视力,行眼部检查排除器质性病变,视力≤0.8者用1%阿托品眼膏散瞳验光,矫正视力≤0.8者列为弱视。结果:普查5 312名儿童,弱视患病率3.88%,首检率69.00%,各年龄组之间,男女之间患病率差别无统计学意义。结论:制定儿童眼保健常规,家长接受眼保健知识宣教,定期对幼儿进行视力普查,发现视力低下者督促其及早、彻底治疗可以有效防治弱视。Objective：To understand the status of amblyopia in preschool children in Tangshan,prevent and treat amblyopia much better.Methods：International standard visual acuity chart was used to check vision,eye examination was conducted to exclude organic lesions,the children with vision≤0.8 received optometry after mydriasis with 1% atropine,the children with corrected vision≤0.8 were diagnosed as amblyopia.Results：5 312 children were screened,the incidence of amblyopia was 3.88%,the rate of first examination was 69.00%,there was no significant difference among different age groups and genders.Conclusion：Health rules of children’s vision should be established,the parents should receive propaganda and education of eye health care;screening vision of children regularly,finding the children with amblyopia and treating them early and completely may prevent amblyopia effectively.
