绝经后妇女雌激素受体相关受体亚型的表达与血管性痴呆的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨绝经后妇女雌激素受体相关受体ERR(estrogen receptorrelated receptors,ERR)α、β、γ各亚型表达与血管性痴呆的关系。方法:随机抽取盐城地区绝经后女性40例作为对照组,40例VD绝经期女性患者为试验组。采用RT-PCR方法定性检测ERRs家族各亚型的mRNA表达,采用Westston Blot印迹的方法检测雌激素受体相关受体ERR各亚型的表达;VD采用简易精神状态检查(MMSE-R)和临床痴呆分级表的判定。结果:RT-PCR分析及Western Blot蛋白印记检测显示ERRα在对照组低表达、在实验组高表达;ERRβ基本无变化;ERRγ在对照组高表达、在实验组低表达。结论:在对照组组和实验组中,ERRα和ERRγ表达方式不同,ERRβ无明显差别,提示用ERRα/ERRγ比值的改变显示血管性痴呆的发病密切相关,有一定的临床意义。Objective To the expression of estrogen receptor related receptorα,15andγin post menopausa women with viscular dementia. Methods Forty post menopausal women who visited our out-patient clinic in Yancheng were taken suction trabanfly, they were control group;Forty post menopausal women who had VD were test group. Real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the mRNA expression and western blot was used to be detected the protein expression of estrogen receptor related receptors. Results estrogen receptor related receptor α were detected with low expression levels in control group,but it were high expression levels in test group. ERRβ were detected with no change in control group and test group.while ERRs/were detected with high expression levels in control group,but it were low expression levels in test group.Conclusion In post menopausal women, ERRαand ERRγwere detected in gastric adenocarcinoma ceil lines. This study provides a invitro expression pattern of VD for ERRs family, the ratio change of ERRα / ERRγ may play a role in the metastasis of VD.
