创业团队企业家精神差异性比较--基于企业相对规模的实证研究

摘　　要：创业团队企业家精神的动态变化与企业成长历程相伴而随。本文使用来自11个省市364份有效问卷,首先验证了创业团队企业家精神在"集体创新"、"分享认知"、"协同进取"和"共担风险"等维度具有相互独立性。实证研究还发现,大型企业在协作进取维度上比中小型企业表现好;大型企业在风险共担维度上的感知水平最高,小型企业次之,中型企业最低;但是,在不同规模的企业中,创业团队企业家精神的集体创新和分享认知维度并不存在显著差性差异。The dynamic change of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team is always subsistent in the process of firm growth. Using 364 valid samples from I I provinces, the study examines that four dimensions of entrepreneurship of entrepreneurial team, including the collective innovation, sharing cognition, collaboration and initiative and sharing risks are independent. In the dimension of aggressive cooperation, big enterprises are better than medium - sized and small - sized ones ; In the dimension of sharing risks, big enterprises are best, medium - sized enterprises are better and small - sizes are the worst ; but in the dimension of collective innovation and sharing cognition, enterprises in the different sizes have no significant influence.
