摘  要:目的观察新型甲臜化合物(MTS)/吩嗪硫酸二甲酯(PMS)法检测原代培养的膀胱癌细胞对羟基喜树碱(HCPT)、吡柔比星(THP)、丝裂霉素C(MMC)的敏感性。方法取29例手术切除的膀胱癌新鲜组织标本,采用肿瘤细胞原代培养技术培养膀胱细胞,取原代培养的膀胱癌细胞用MTS/PMS法进行HCPT、THP、MMC药敏性检测。结果 29例膀胱癌原代细胞标本中有27例获得药敏结果,可评价率为93.1%。HCPT抗癌活性最强(P<0.05),MMC耐药性最强(P<0.05)。结论 MTS/PMS法是检测原代培养的膀胱癌细胞化疗药物敏感性的良好方法。Objective To investigate the drug sensitivity which includs Hydroxycamptothecine (HCPT), Pirarubiein (THP) and Mitomyein C(MMC) in primary cultured cells of bladder cancer using MTS/PMS assay. Methods Take 29 cases of fresh surgical tissue samples of bladder cancer. The sensitivity of antitumor drugs which includs HCPT,THP and MMC were studied by means of primary tumor eeU culture and MTS/PMS assay. Results Evaluable test results were achieved in 27 of 29 patients. The evaluability rate was 93.1%. The most active drug in the assay was identified as HCPT ( P 〈 0.05 ). The most drug resistance in the assay was identified as MMC ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion MTS/PMS assay is a good method which investigate the drug sensitivity in primary cultured cells of bladder cancer.
