摘　　要：目的为了探讨ＣＴ扫描对鼻咽癌的诊断价值；方法：本文对１６０例可疑鼻咽癌患者行鼻咽镜检查和鼻咽部ＣＴ扫描，二种方法提示病变者做病理切片检查；结果：鼻咽镜检查有病变４４例，病检确诊鼻咽癌３６例；ＣＴ扫描发现鼻咽部有各种占位性病变５２例，病检确诊鼻咽癌４５例，二种方法有显著差异Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：本文说明ＣＴ扫描以其高密度分辩率及无重叠的断面图像，可以准确、全面地显示鼻咽部病变，有助于提高鼻咽癌诊断率，同时对鼻咽癌放疗的范围和放射剂量确定都有重要参考价值。ＣＴ扫描与鼻咽镜检查相结合有互补性。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of CT scan to Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (NPC) Methods:160 suspected NPC patients were checked by nasopharyngoscope and nasopharynx CT scanning.We applied pathological section biopsy to those who were discovered by both of the above methods to have pathological changes.Results:Among 160 patients examined by nasopharyngoscope,44 were discovered to have pathological changes,and 36 were identified to have NPC by pathological section biopsy,while 52 patients were discovered by CT scanning to have pathological changes among 160 cases,and 45 were identified to have NPC by pathological section biopsy.The two methods had notable difference P<0.01.Conclusion:CT scanning can accurately and completely show the pathological changes on nasopharynx with its high density resolution and non overlapping section Pictures,So it is helpful to the diagnosis rate of NPC;it also has great value in deciding the range and dose of radiotherapy.The combined examination of CT scan and nasopharyngoscope can help supply each others needs.
