摘　　要：高成长企业是一种重要的创业型企业,在当代经济发展中的地位引人瞩目。在综述高成长企业评定方法的基础上,从企业家、企业竞争战略、企业内部管理这3个成长驱动因素角度作出了系统评价;结合我国企业实际成长情况,建立了分析框架,并提出了企业实现和保持高成长的相应措施。High-growth firm is an important type of entrepreneurial firm,which plays an important role in economic development.Based on the review of literatures on the evaluation of high-growth firms,this paper analyzes driving forces in the perspectives of entrepreneur,competitive strategy and management.Combining practices of domestic firm growth,analytical framework is established and suggestions are put forward.
