摘 要:为了提高印刷品的质量以及对墨斗结构进行优化,分析了墨斗辊上不同参数条件对油墨流动特性的影响。建立了不同参数条件下的油墨流场的数学模型,并进行了仿真计算,得到了油墨在墨键开口大小处的速度分布情况。结果表明:油墨流速与墨斗刀片夹角和墨斗辊转速有关;墨斗刀片夹角和墨斗辊的转速都和墨键开口处油墨流量成正比关系。In order to improve the quality of printing product and optimize the structure of ink fountain,the influence of different parameters conditions at ink fountain roller on the flow characteristics of ink was analysed,he mathematical model for ink flow field under different parameters conditions was established,simulation calculation was performed and the speed distribution of ink at ink key opening side was obtained.The results show that the flow rate of ink is related to the blade angle of ink foundation and revolving speed of ink fountain roller,and the blade angle of ink foundation and revolving speed of ink fountain roller are both directly proportional to the ink flow at the ink key opening.
