摘 要:以CdTe量子点作为荧光探针,基于荧光增敏法对盐酸多巴胺进行了定量检测,考察了缓冲溶液体系、量子点浓度、反应时间等多种因素的影响。实验结果表明,在pH7.5的0.2 mol/L Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4缓冲液中,反应时间为20 min,盐酸多巴胺浓度为1.2×10^-8-1.0×10^-7mol/L时,其线性回归方程为△F=-27.47+25.54c(10-8mol/L),相关系数和检测限分别为0.9992和6×10^-11mol/L。该方法为盐酸多巴胺的测定提供了新的方法。By using CdTe quantum dots(QDs) as fluorescent(PL) probe,dopamine hydrochloride was quantitatively detected based on PL enhancement of CdTe QDs.The influences of concentration of buffer solution,QDs and the incubation time were investigated and optimized in view of their influence on the FL behavior.The results indicated that in a Na2HPO4-NaH2PO4 buffer solution with pH value of 7.5 and 20 min of incubation,the emission intensity of CdTe QDs and the concentration of dopamine hydrochloride in the range of 1.2×10-8~1.0×10-7 mol/L were linear.The obtained linear regression equation is: △F=-27.47+25.54c(10-8 mol/L) with the correlation coefficient of 0.9992.The detection limit is 6×10-11mol/L.The results indicate that CdTe QDs can act as a new luminescent probe for detecting dopamine hydrochloride with a low detection limitation and extremely high sensitivity.
