摘  要:研究在pH2.2,加入0.1%溴代十六烷基吡啶1.0 mL,1.0mg/L氟离子溶液0.5 mL,95%乙醇10.0 mL的条件下,利用7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸与钒(Ⅴ)显色5 min后形成红棕色络合物,络合物最大吸收波长520nm,最大表观摩尔吸光系数ε=6.21×104L.mol-1.cm-1,灵敏度提高了10倍。钒(Ⅴ)在2.0~18μg/mL范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律。钢铁样品经沉淀铁离子后,可用于钒的测定。RSD均小于1%。The optimum conditions for the spectrophotometric determination of vanadium(Ⅴ) using-7-iodine-8-hydroxyguinoline-5-sulfonic acid as a color reagent were studied.Under the condition of pH 2.2,1.0mL of cetylpyridinium bromide(0.1%),0.5 mL of fluoride(1.0mg/L),and in the presence of alcohol,7-iodine-8-hydroxyguinoline-5-sulfonic acid reacts with Ⅴ(Ⅴ) for 5 minutes to form the red-brown complex,whose maximum absorption exhibits at 520nm.Its apparent molar absorptivity εmax is 6.21×104L·mol-1·cm-1.Sensitivity increased by 10 times.The Lambert Beer's law is obeyed over the concentration range of 2.0~18 μg/mL for vanadium.Steel samples whose iron ions are precipitated can be used for determination of vanadium.The method has been used for the determination of vanadium in iron and steel samples,and the results are satisfactory.The relative standard deviation is less than 1%.
