两种糊剂用于年轻恒牙活髓切断术的临床比较

摘　　要：目的:研究不同盖髓剂在年轻恒牙活髓切断术中的应用效果。方法:将65例患者72颗患牙随机分为两组,分别用Vitapex和氢氧化钙糊剂行活髓切断术,术后2年随访并比较其疗效。结果:Vitapex组成功率为92.10%,氢氧化钙组成功率为73.53%,两组成功率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂用于活髓切断术效果良好。Objective To study the effects of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste on vital pulpotomy in young permanent teeth. Methods 72 teeth were randomly divided into two groups and treated with Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide paste respectively.The teeth were evaluated clinically and radiographically for a period of two years.Results The success rates in the group of calcium hydroxide paste and Vitapex paste were 73.53%and 92.10%,respectively,the diffence was statistically signicant（P〈0.05） .Conclusion Vitapex paste is a betterlling material on vital pulpotomy in young permanent than calcium hydroxide paste.
