体育教育与健康教育辨证关系的理论思考

摘　　要：从理论上阐述了体育教育与健康教育的发展历史及它们之间的辨证关系。探讨了在实施体育教育过程中,应改变纯生物体育观,应从人的可持续发展高度来认识健康教育,并提出加强体育教育与健康教育有机结合的宏观指导措施等问题。阐明了体育教育与健康教育的结合是体育教学改革的发展趋势并符合"健康第一"的指导思想。为体育与健康教育的正确开展提供一定的理论依据和指导。This text has explained theoretically the development and the dialectical retalion of physical education and health education.Have probed into it in the course of implementing sports and health education,should change the pure biological sports view,know the health education and put forward and strengthen the questions,such as measure that sports and health education macroscopic guide etc.from the standing of people＇s sustainable development.Have expounded that it is the development trend of the reform in education of sports and guiding theory according with ＂ health first＂ that sports educates the combination with the health education.Offer certain theoretical foundation and guide for sports and correct development of the health education.
