摘　　要：[目的]探讨MTA与Guttaflow作为根充糊剂时的根尖封闭能力.[方法]选取60颗离体单根管恒牙,随机分为2组,每组30颗牙,分别用MTA糊剂和Guttaflow糊剂加牙胶尖以冷侧压法充填根管,采用染料渗入法测量染料渗入距离.[结果]MTA糊剂组与Guttaflow糊剂组根尖微渗漏均值分别为（0.67±0.23） mm和（0.92±0.36）mm,经 t 检验（ P 〈0.05）,两组渗漏值具有显著性差异.[结论]MTA糊剂对根尖的封闭能力优于Guttaflow糊剂.[Objective]To investigate the apical sealing ability of MTA and Guttaflow as paste fillers. [Methods] Sixty extracted single-rooted human teeth Were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 teeth in each. They were respectively filled with MTA paste or Guttaflow paste plus gutta-percha point with lateral condensation. Apical microleakage was measured by dye penetration. [Results]The apex of microleakage in MTA group and Guttaflow group were 0. 67±0. 23mm and 0.92-0.36mm, respectively, and there was significant difference between two groups by t test（ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] MTA paste has better root canal seal ability than Guttaflow paste.
